DevLog #4: working out enemies

While the main character, Kai, is in the work with one of my contractors, I’m looking at some ideas for the enemies. Here, I’m presenting six monsters I came up with after some brainstorming. These are candidates only, to be determined if and how they will be implemented. They are inspired by climate issues, and I hope the idea is successfully rendered.

These characters have been generated by the paid version of DALL-E after quite a lot of refinement work, so the IP belongs to us, while the authorship is credited to DALL-E by OpenAI.

Once I decided, these need to be better layered for proper animation. Four of them could become a mix of particles and sprites, to be determined so as to get the best visual rendered effect.
